I agree with @H-Town_Hottie, don't quit if you don't need to. I've been on a maintenance dose for about a year and a half now.

clear-headed lately in a way i haven't felt in years. mornings sometimes come with actual okay feelings instead of the same old down. been on this since july for type 2 — hit a wall on 1mg for three months, jumped to 2 five weeks back and weight dropped again, eating smaller.

The quiet around food is real. That constant chatter in my head for decades is gone. Honestly might stay on this the rest of my life just for that.

ISR has been a nightmare. Went from 6mm to 8mm needles, switched injection sites, added more bac water, epinephrine/lidocaine, massage gun, cut the dose way down. Last night's 12.7mm was the first time the sting faded and no welt showed up.
