you need more protein and calories, it'll come back but takes time. hair and nails are last in line for protein when you're losing, so get more. have you noticed you're not cutting your nails as much?
 
days 2-3-4 i don't care about food, then 5-6-7 it starts looking good again. you're still early, doubling is probably a mistake. try 1.6mg every 5 days or split 1.1mg every 3.5 days instead.
