    Food cravings vs actual hunger is a real thing on these meds. I started at 0.5mg so side effects were probably lighter than folks jumping straight to 2.5mg.     Tried finding original paper, might be Italian. One case documented, seems rare. Not like sudden insulin overdose reaction common. Only paper showing harm from non-ignorance issue.

    Just campaign posturing for donations. Can write letters but won't change anything. That other thing is bigger priority and they can't stop it. Stopping Americans from losing weight and improving their lives isn't their focus.

    Down 120+ lbs since June '24!

    I've been at 7.5 every three days since late November. Only lost 1.8 frontal so bumping calories. Dropped 72 since mid-June.

    Congrats on making real progress. It's interesting how things shift once that food preoccupation eases up. People start noticing other stuff that bothered them for years, and bit by bit things get sorted out. Who knows what's next for you.

    I'm at 6mg right now and just grabbed some Cagri. Figure I'll stick with a lower start and see how it works before bumping up the dose.

    8 Months On: Still Working?

    For me the diet change worked after time off. I went from sitting around to hitting ten thousand steps daily and basically treading water for three months. Finally started losing again once I switched things up.
