Tried finding original paper, might be Italian. One case documented, seems rare. Not like sudden insulin overdose reaction common. Only paper showing harm from non-ignorance issue.
Just campaign posturing for donations. Can write letters but won't change anything. That other thing is bigger priority and they can't stop it. Stopping Americans from losing weight and improving their lives isn't their focus.
Congrats on making real progress. It's interesting how things shift once that food preoccupation eases up. People start noticing other stuff that bothered them for years, and bit by bit things get sorted out. Who knows what's next for you.
For me the diet change worked after time off. I went from sitting around to hitting ten thousand steps daily and basically treading water for three months. Finally started losing again once I switched things up.
