Usually just bandage if it bleeds heavy but needles too small for that normally.

Mine got smaller but that was after dropping fifty plus and took over a year. Went from 36E down to 32DD which made me happy since that was something I never liked about myself. Volume loss was definitely part of it though and I'd be nervous about going further with anything surgical.

Small frame means weight scales hide your progress. Four inches off the waist with muscle gain is real recomposition wins.

Needed a new belt because the old one wrapped around weird now. Also fitting into 32 waist at stores I used to avoid.
