Another thing that helped me was changing where I injected. I'd been using my arms since I started and then moved to my stomach. Broke my plateau that I'd been stuck on since Thanksgiving.

Switched medications last week and lost more in days than I had in months on the first one. Sleep's actually better now, not worse. My daughter jumped on it too and the results speak for themselves - three months and she's down 46. Seeing that progress in someone you love hits different.

That's great Avery_58 that you lost so much already. I guess that means I'll slow down, eventually :/

Down about sixteen pounds over the last 12 weeks! I'm so close to losing twenty, I can practically taste it. I started the injections like, 2 months ago, so I'm super happy. I was already trying before, so I'm giving myself credit for that, too. Love you all, weight loss buddies. We can do this!

LOL! My husband says the same thing. He just shakes his head when I tell him about my latest "adventure."

I just hit the three-month mark. Started at 250, now 217. My initial goal was 200, but now I'm thinking even lower... maybe 165? That's what I weighed in high school!

Congrats! I'm on a similar track. Almost 11 months in, and I've lost around 65 pounds. Hoping to hit 70 by the year mark too. It's a huge difference! Congrats again!
