    Been thinking about this same thing. Should hit my goal in about 2 or 3 months from now. Just bumped from 7mg to 8mg yesterday. Was planning to drop to 2mg for maintenance but it looks like adjustment is going to take some trial and error.

    Since starting, chicken hits different for me. I used to demolish 2 grilled teriyaki cutlets easy, but now even 1 makes me feel rough. A full beef steak though? Still handle that fine like before.

    Losing 1 to 1.5 a week isn't rapid based on what the doctors say. I see that pace recommended all the time.

    Doubling a dose when the previous one was hitting you hard doesn't make sense. That's just asking for worse problems.
