Mind-blowing Weight Loss!

Holy moly!

You must feel like you're walking on sunshine. And buying clothes must be so much fun now!

I'd love to feel confident in my own skin. The last time I was tiny I was still a teenager and didn't appreciate it. I'd give anything to be a size two now

Might tell her since I used a teledoc for the first 4 months. I might leave out the grey part. Don't have major health issues besides a bad back, not sure she'll be supportive. Feel like I shouldn't hide a 40 pound loss over 6 months from her since she'll definitely notice. Who knows, might change my mind.

Can I ask you what dose you're on? Did you experience any nausea? I'm on a low dose but have only dropped 15-ish pounds since last fall. I'm sure perimenopause isn't helping, but still. I'm at the highest dose of the microdose treatment and am thinking about moving up to the standard dose.

I totally get what you mean, @Heal-Fam. I was a late bloomer and was always comparing myself to my friends. It's really hard to appreciate your body when you're constantly measuring yourself against others. I hope you can find that self-love, you deserve it!

I started sema a few months ago and it's been a game-changer. It's been tough fitting the cost into my budget, but after years of trying everything else, this is the ONLY thing that's helped me get the scale moving. I've always been active and try to eat right, but it just wasn't enough after having kids.

Now I can finally fit into clothes I haven't worn in years!

It's so inspiring to see your progress!

I hear you on the cost thing. I've been fortunate to have fewer side effects, but I'm praying my insurance keeps covering it!

Wow, losing 129 pounds in 6 months is HUGE!

Are you SERIOUSLY over 200 in that last pic? You wouldn't know it!
I agree with @Lou1992, you really carry it well. I also hate the word 'diet,' it feels so restrictive. 'Lifestyle change' is a much better way to think about it.
