Most people on reta see the first clear results between weeks 4-8 - the mechanism takes longer to establish than tirz.

Stacking at a tiny dose creates exactly this problem - when sides hit, you can't tell which compound is responsible without stopping one at a time.

Always use the lowest dose that works for you, regardless of the medication. They want to sell more, it's not about your health. I'm using 6mg every 14 days, for the last 7 months. I peaked at 7mg weekly and lost about 55 pounds total in less than a couple years.

Ate only a little bit of my meal yesterday and wasn't very hungry at supper. Strange for me. Been on this for two weeks. Don't really 'notice' anything but chalking it up to the Reta. Interested to see what happens when I go up in dosage. Was looking at some studies from a manufacturer earlier...

Hey! I started at the lowest dose and titrated up slowly as directed. It took me a few weeks to notice a real difference in my appetite, so stick with it! As for the headaches, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Electrolytes helped me too!

Update on my BP: I started taking 50mg of NAD+ injections every day about 2 weeks ago, and my blood pressure in the last week has dropped about 15 points on the top number and about 5 points on the bottom. I'm now around 120/76.
