    Read, search, ask, read more. Hit the 'Introduce Yourself' thread if you haven't. Learn milliliters, milligrams, decimals. Study reconstitution and dosing guides, watch YouTube till your eyes bleed. It's all there. Don't spend cash till you actually get the basics.

    56, been a couple weeks on the starter dose (two shots), no real side effects so far. knees feel less creaky on stairs, but it's too early to tell if that sticks. down about 2.5 lbs total but i fluctuate a pound or two daily so i'm not reading much into the scale yet.
