    1+ year stall on max dose: ideas?

    Read plenty of accounts here where people scale back one or two dose levels and that actually kickstarts their weight loss again. No personal experience with that myself. Also worth asking if your provider has anything they could add alongside the current medication to get things moving.

    Down 100, feeling great!

    i really wonder how many trial people were seriously obese. like needing to lose 65% of starting weight to hit normal bmi. if these meds are only 15% loss and stop working after a year how's that supposed to work for people who need major loss? wish there was more data for that situation.
