Hey everyone! I was 228lbs, now I'm down to 122lbs! Just keep it up! Track those calories. Really commit yourself!

I wanted to say I started with oral semaglutide...it didn't do anything for me. I started injections in April of this year.

Congratulations!!!! You look fantastic, and I'm sure you feel amazing and are proud of yourself. If you don't mind sharing, what diet and exercise routine did you follow, and what was your highest dose before you saw results? Only if you're comfortable sharing. But again, congratulations!!!

Amazing transformation!!
I'm trying to reach the low 120s. I began at 244lbs (30f 5'0" in February). Now I'm at 227.6lbs. I started Wegovy a month after Rybelsus, but the pill made me feel terrible, and I moved to injections. I recently bought a smart jump rope and a weighted vest to speed up weight loss since I've only lost 2 lbs this month. Walking is much easier now, so I try to walk more. Did you only walk, or did you do any strength training or cardio?

i really wonder how many trial people were seriously obese. like needing to lose 65% of starting weight to hit normal bmi. if these meds are only 15% loss and stop working after a year how's that supposed to work for people who need major loss? wish there was more data for that situation.
