started 288, now 245 as of today. november 15 to now. tirzepatide 2.5mg month 1, 5mg month 2, 7.5mg since. losing 1lb a week consistent so not upping dose yet.

after a while it feels like it's doing nothing. full dose and I'm hungry the next morning. skip a dose and I feel no different. but with tirz I definitely feel hunger drop and if I skip it comes back slow. so I won't reorder that first one because it just doesn't work long term for me.

Has anyone tried lowering their dosage temporarily to jump start weight loss? I've read that halving your dose for a week or two, then returning to normal, can help break a stall.

Could you use one of those pill forms instead? Just take one on days when you're struggling with cravings.
