I'm super into fitness now. I'm religious about my weightlifting. I'm OBSESSED with running!
That’s my goal! I wanna get addicted to running, lol.

after a while it feels like it's doing nothing. full dose and I'm hungry the next morning. skip a dose and I feel no different. but with tirz I definitely feel hunger drop and if I skip it comes back slow. so I won't reorder that first one because it just doesn't work long term for me.

started april 11 at 85, now 83.5. bmi went obese to overweight already—maybe water weight but still a win. target's 66.6. first 3 days had one dizzy spell, little nausea, constant chills but manageable.

only thing I check on the test sheet is overfill or underfill. if it doesn't add up, try another vial. started on real mounjaro so I knew what it should feel like. tried compounded after and it was weak. when you do lyophilized you control the concentration so you gotta double-check your math.

Started lifting at the gym a few months before beginning Mounjaro. No real way to know whether I've actually lost any muscle, but I'm benching more than I used to.

The mental health side of this has honestly been the most surprising part. I've dealt with crushing anxiety most of my life, intrusive thoughts and obsessive loops I couldn't stand, PTSD nightmares that have followed me for decades. Since starting Mounjaro the nightmares have basically disappeared. When the intrusive or obsessive thinking shows up now I can actually just shift my focus elsewhere instead of getting stuck there. After decades of therapy and medications that did basically nothing, this is what finally turned things around for me. I know not everyone gets this kind of mental health shift from it, but I'm genuinely grateful I did.
