I did the same with a different pH kit. Reconstituted to around 6, adjusted with a drop or two of the solution, hit 4, and pinned that alongside my regular dose the next morning. Wasn't sure if I'd feel much at that level but figured it was worth testing out.
Same here. I am not too concerned. For the first few days, I struggle to eat. Then, on days 6/7, I eat more. It balances out for me. Or that is what I tell myself!
I saw someone mention loose skin in the comments - I'm noticing it too. Anyone have any tips or tricks? Creams, exercises, or is surgery the only real option?
I've been looking at how GLP-1 meds work for people, and I keep seeing a pattern:
First 2 days -> queasy
Days 3-5 -> feeling good, appetite controlled
Days 6-7 -> hunger is back!
Seems like the medication is wearing off by then.
People often:
* Increase their dose too soon
* Cut calories...
I swear, who IS this person in the mirror?! I walked past my reflection at the YMCA and didn't even realize it was me for a sec! So stoked about this medication! 😍 (ignore the fingerprints, my kids are walking biohazards)
I think I scored some 60mg bottles for around $280 during the holidays from one of two sources. The other Reta I bought was from a super expensive store.
