    Suddenly craving EVERYTHING?!

Cravings spike before the suppression stabilizes - usually settles by week three.

    Semaglutide for weight loss? Anyone?

Non-diabetic semaglutide for weight loss is the majority of the forum's experience now - the prescription pattern shifted well ahead of the insurance coverage.

    Can you see the change?

The monthly photo habit is one of the better accountability tools. Day-to-day change is invisible - the comparison at 3 months or 6 months is where the evidence actually lands. The discipline to document consistently is its own indicator of the commitment level.

    Ozempic rebound - anyone else?

I saw someone post about pausing Ozempic after losing 55 lbs and getting their A1C down. It's inspiring, but also a reminder that it takes work to maintain, even after the initial loss.

    NAD+ or Semax for focus?

Semax *might* offer some help, but there's also NA Semax and Adamax to consider. Semax might be too subtle in comparison to drugs like Vyvanse and Adderall. I don't have ADHD, but my daughter is on Vyvanse, and she said she didn't feel anything with Semax. I ordered Adamax for myself. Check it out.

    Ozempic rebound - anyone else?

You didn't fail, Shape-Boss. Those of us using GLP-1s to manage obesity are fighting our own bodies. These meds shift the set point down, but they don't permanently fix it. Most people, including me, expect to be on them for life, unless something comes along that actually changes that set point...

    So nervous to start sema!

Thanks for all the encouragement, everyone! I think I'll try that suggestion of starting on a Friday when I have a couple of days off. And starting with a lower dose than prescribed.

    So nervous to start sema!

My prescription's been sitting in the fridge since late last year. I was laid off from my job around the same time it arrived. I have been trying to take it easy on myself since I was forced into so many changes at once. I'm working part time in food service. I finally found a new full time job...

    Down 125lbs... finally!

Thanks! You can do this! Just stick with it and track your progress.

    Down 125lbs... finally!

What was your starting weight? I'm at 378 right now. I was around 430 back in 2021, lost some on my own, but I've been stuck for a couple years. That's why I'm giving Mounjaro a shot. What did you do differently after starting it?

    Down 125lbs... finally!

After 14 months I've lost 125lbs. Finally worked up the courage to share a before and after. What a journey.

Crazy to stack GLP-1s with Metformin?

Wait...people are taking metformin WITH GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic? That's news to me. Is that safe for everyone?

Crazy to stack GLP-1s with Metformin?

Yeah, I got some advice on a telegram group, and that's what I've started doing. I'm currently on my first week of GHK-Cu. So far, so good.

Crazy to stack GLP-1s with Metformin?

I've been on sema for about a month now with zero side effects at all. And I've taken other PEDs before, just not GLP-1s combined with peptides, so I think I'll live. But if I DO get sides, I'll just drop things one at a time weekly to see if they go away. Also, I'm only running like, 5 peptides...

Crazy to stack GLP-1s with Metformin?

I'm relatively new to the GLP-1 game, but I see the huge potential. I've been on semaglutide for about 3 weeks now and have already seen some pretty good results. I’m thinking of stacking sema, BPC-157, CJC 1295 no DAC, Ipamorelin, and maybe even GHK-Cu. My main thing is to get leaner, but also...
