Thanks, everyone! NSV_Junkie, I noticed the weight loss slowed down a lot on 15mg, especially towards the end. I started focusing more on strength training and making sure I was eating enough protein. Seemed to help a bit.

I've considered adding some reta to my tirz, but I'm worried about my heart racing. GeneCoffee, do you notice any difference between the reta and the Tirz? I've heard reta can help with fatty liver, but I guess they all do if you lose weight.
