    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

Lipton Chicken Noodle is a legitimate fix for flavor fatigue - broth-based goes down when almost nothing else does. Adding chicken broth boosts sodium and protein together, which matters more when intake is suppressed.

    Lost over 70 pounds!

5 lbs in two weeks on the oral form at 1.5mg is a positive early signal. Oral sema tends to show results more slowly than injectable, but that start means it is working. Consistency is the main job for the next couple of months.

Retatrutide: Stock up or buy monthly?

That list is useful context. CU at $59 for 50mg and Rt 10 at $109 are the ones worth cross-referencing against current US vendor offers before committing to the CA pricing.

Mice getting all the good stuff?

Did you work out after the NAD? NAD's not really a weight loss thing to me—more like creatine. Won't feel it till you use it. My reps went up a ton, better gains, heavier weights. Looking to run another protocol before summer.

    Foods tasting weird, anyone else?

I've had issues eating since increasing my dose. I've been on this medication for almost a year and a half, and last summer was great because of all the amazing in-season fruits. Winter has been rough since I'm sick of my typical meals. So, I got some foods I haven't had in ages, things that...

    Foods tasting weird, anyone else?

I'm in my 5th week at 2.5mg. My injection was Wednesday, and I can hardly eat anything since. Nothing looks, smells, or is appetizing. I just force myself to eat my normal meals. I don't have any advice. Just know that you aren't alone.

    Tirz prices droppin'?

Burping after every meal for 3.5 months straight. thought it'd fade after a couple weeks, nope. small side effect compared to the wins but looking for ideas from whoever fixed it.

    Medicare won't cover obesity meds?!

Is it just me or is it mostly Americans who won't tell their doctor about grey-market GLP stuff? Sounds like there's real consequences with insurance and medical confidentiality goes out the window for profit. Australia's mixed but at least basic care's state-funded, usually cheapest.

Tirz insomnia--is it what's added to it?

    One Year on this Med!

Yeah, I agree RunFTW Sometimes I almost feel guilty when people congratulate me. It's definitely been an assist, but it's not like I single-handedly achieved this through sheer willpower!

    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

Bigger needles hold more bac water. If you ever need over 1ml you'll burn through needles fast, so cheaper to get specific reconstitution needles instead.

    One Year on this Med!

Thanks for the support everyone. Veggie_TBH I'm pretty much eyeballing now, but I think you're right. To drop those last few, I will have to be more precise and start tracking again. It's just a mental hurdle to get over!

    One Year on this Med!

Wow, guys, today marks the one-year mark since my first injection! It's really been transformative. I only wanted to drop about 30 pounds, and I'm down around 27ish (been steady for the last 4 months). I'd like to lose another few pounds, but I'm finding it difficult and know I'll need to really...
