Took longer than I'd hoped but got to my goal. Started at 219, hit 150 today. Going for 145 as a buffer, then I'll taper off the dose.

Staying at 5.0 while the scale slows is exactly the right call once you've hit goal. The slightly higher calorie intake for maintenance is the real adjustment now - the medication handles the hunger signal, you calibrate the intake. How's the hunger been since shifting to maintenance mode?

Surprised your maintenance calories are that low given your height. Have you considered bumping them up a bit? You look great and really toned, honestly can't even spot the loose skin you're describing, though I get that we all see our own bodies differently.
