    Weight loss weirdness...

The disconnect between what the scale says and what you actually feel is real and well-documented - body image tends to lag behind physical change, sometimes by months. The 'off' feeling is a common phase, not a sign something isn't working.

Still hungry on the starter dose :(

Kaiser in SoCal is one of the few plans where the same medication can land at $637 for the starter dose and then fully covered at 1mg - depends heavily on how the indication is coded in the formulary.

    RHR elevated on Reta?

Elevated RHR on Reta is the glucagon receptor component doing its job - glucagon raises heart rate as part of its metabolic effect, and at higher doses it's the piece that pushes RHR up even as weight drops. The tradeoff is whether the fat loss and metabolic benefit outweighs the cardiac load...

    Reta sides at tiny dose?

You look incredible and girl your results are amazing. I lost a ton too and struggled seeing myself differently. Didn't realize how much changed till someone pointed it out. Used to be self-conscious about comments, now I need them to remember how far I've come. It's not just weight loss, it's...

    Survodutide Stackers? Thoughts?

Three months in and down 15 pounds. But the real win? No inflammation—can see my knuckles again, ankles aren't swollen, no morning aches. Blood pressure normal without pills. IBS gone in days. Wine hits different now. Planning to stick with this.

    Nine months, down 130+ pounds!

get why you're wondering if it's working - lots expect big obvious change fast but for most it's gradual. what you described sounds normal. feeling full on less food is a sign things are shifting even if it doesn't feel dramatic. these meds build slow and not everyone gets that heavy 'full'...

    Same fit, smaller me! 🥳

one ozempic like on instagram and suddenly your feed is packed with pharmacy ads (willow, ro, hers, weight watchers) pitching sema compounds after a quick survey. it's wild.

Ozempic for BED - Anyone else?

I'm glad you're considering therapy! It can really make a difference no matter what.

Ozempic for BED - Anyone else?

Honestly, therapy might be a better investment. Ozempic *might* help, but it won't fix the underlying issues in your head.

    Sharing my GLP-1 journey?

This is so true! It's easy to get caught up in what others might think, but at the end of the day, it's your health and your decision.

    Ozempic/Wegovy Price Drop?

I saw someone post that they were able to get their prescription filled for around $200 using a discount card! Maybe things are starting to change?

    Sharing my GLP-1 journey?

I'd just say you're taking something for your binge eating and you're optimistic.

    Ozempic/Wegovy Price Drop?

It's progress, I guess, but the old list price was unbelievably expensive. I'm not even sure that's what people actually paid with all the different deals and coupons. Hopefully, this means lower prices in general, and maybe it'll encourage more insurance plans to cover it if list prices keep...
