I've started tracking two cardiac fitness metrics much more closely since starting the third compound in January, one that measures beat-to-beat variation and the resting pulse itself. Before that my eating habits were poor and I was drinking too much, and both numbers bounced around unpredictably. Once my eating improved and the urge to drink mostly faded, things stabilized into a fairly narrow range within a few weeks.
Something I've noticed with this compound is that right after my weekly dose, the variability metric dips and my pulse climbs, then both drift back to baseline before the next injection. My biggest swing away from that pattern happened when I raised a dose while off a separate peptide blend. Felt awful for two full weeks even after stepping back down the following week. This round, even at a higher amount, I got the usual dip-and-recover, and it's only Saturday, three days out, with the variability number already back above baseline. Curious if that holds steady or if this week's just a fluke.
Also slept badly the two nights before that, and my wearable flagged an overnight pulse running in the 50s rather than my usual 40s.
