I'm 6'3, 341 lbs, lost 13 in 10 weeks. dropped from eating 3500 down to maybe 2000-2500. now at 1.0 mg and I'm struggling to hit 1500. is that enough to actually live on? I'm worried about doing damage.
Tirz totally killed my cravings. However, from what I understand about Reta, the big appetite control doesn't happen until you get to higher doses. People still feel hungry, but they just eat less. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more info...just wanted to give my 2 cents on Tirz.

That's a huge accomplishment. I hope you are feeling great. Can you explain more about eating every other day? I try to follow a low-carb diet due to Hashimoto's & underactive thyroid. I am also interested in trying to help with the losses. Again, great job!
