    Tirz vial recon jitters!

Reconstituting tirz follows the same protocol as sema - BAC water, slow addition down the vial wall, no shaking. For the 5mg jump from 2.5mg tirz after being on 1.7mg sema, your tolerance is already established so standard titration applies. On filtering: most don't filter compounded tirz at...

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

The base-of-skull headache pattern on GLP-1s is almost always dehydration - reduced food intake also reduces incidental water from food, and a tirz/sema stack raises GI fluid loss further. The fix is a liter extra on injection day and the day after, with electrolytes rather than plain water if...

Ozempic made me stop drinking... and eating?

The alcohol craving reduction running alongside the food noise reduction is the same receptor pathway operating across both - GLP-1 receptors in the reward circuitry attenuate seeking behavior broadly, not just for food. Most people who notice it don't connect it to the medication until it's...

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

Same! It's like it drains your life force. Food = energy, and I can't eat much on this. I think it's a terrible solution that won't last long because it steals your joy. It works, but I'm only doing one more month. I've been on it for three and I'm miserable. I have zero desire to do anything...

    Not seeing much progress...advice?

Snack-Progress Good point. I'm not doing edibles or anything, but I definitely have to make sure I'm not mindlessly snacking even when I think I'm not hungry. It's easy to sabotage yourself without realizing it!

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

Oh, girl, I completely understand. Month two on that stuff was a nightmare for me. The constant feeling of wanting to 🤮, no energy to do anything but lie around, and the scale just staying the same... it's so discouraging. A couple of things that helped me get through it, because it DOES get...

    Not seeing much progress...advice?

I could have written your post - actually, I started to, but I deleted it because I was afraid of being told I was doing it wrong. I'm microdosing, and my max is .7 mg. I'm at .4 mg, and so far, nada. So frustrating! But I'm right there with ya, feeling the same.

    Not seeing much progress...advice?

Hi everyone, feeling pretty discouraged and hoping for some words of wisdom. I started on injectable weight loss meds about a month and a half ago. I did the first month at the .25 dose, and I took my first .5 shot a few days ago. I've only managed to lose around 6 pounds. At one point, I was...

Dropped my Reta - still good?

I'm not telling anyone I'm on it. My body, my choice. Don't need their opinions.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

I heard they get dull after like 10 uses.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

My concern is if the vacuum is lost, sterility is compromised by dropping it. Hydrolysis degradation from moisture is a longer-term problem, and that moisture also helps bacteria grow.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

You’re something else. If the vial lost its vacuum from being dropped, what got in its place?

Dropped my Reta - still good?

If the vial didn’t lose its vacuum from being dropped, it’s still sealed.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Any condensation would be on the outside of the vials.
