GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

The base-of-skull headache pattern on GLP-1s is almost always dehydration - reduced food intake also reduces incidental water from food, and a tirz/sema stack raises GI fluid loss further. The fix is a liter extra on injection day and the day after, with electrolytes rather than plain water if GI side effects are a factor. That headache usually resolves within an hour of aggressive rehydration once you learn to recognize it early.

Skull-base throbbing post-dose is the dehydration signature on a dual GLP stack. Electrolytes work better than plain water - front-load them in the 24 hours after injection.
