    GLP-1s: Gut issues & autoimmunity?

The visceral fat reduction is one of the more underappreciated GLP-1 mechanisms - it shows up in inflammatory markers, fertility improvements, and gut symptom changes even without major weight loss. For IBS and autoimmune overlap, the GI motility changes cut both ways: slower gastric emptying...

    Hit my goal!

Hitting the goal before adding serious gym time is actually the right sequence for a lot of people - managing calories first removes the weight and the joint load improves enough that exercise becomes more accessible than it was. Adding gym work now means you're starting from a much better...

    First week, feelin' nothin'?

0.25mg is purely for tolerability - effect at that dose is limited or absent for most people. The interesting thing about CGM during the first week is exactly what you're describing: the glucose readings can be more variable than the appetite response, which often comes later. 5 months in and feeling GREAT!

Awesome! I'm also on month 5! I just finished my first dose of 7.5mg. I say go up! I lost a bunch on 5mg and felt fantastic. No food noise, no hunger. I was on a different GLP-1 before, so maybe that's why the higher doses are working so well. But 5mg and 7.5mg have been total game changers!

    GLP-1 meds: conflicting advice. Help!

If you can get it, go for tirzepatide. It tends to have fewer side effects and better weight loss results compared to other options.

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Hit them up via email or their social channels. Normally I get my stuff in two to three weeks depending on the shipping gods and customs. Over a month sounds like trouble. Try putting your tracking number into 17TRACK, sometimes that has better info.

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

rah-tat-rah-tide? Nope. Still gonna say ret-ah-true-tide. Oh, and it's guh-if, not Juh-if. Jif is peanut butter.
