It's been almost 2 years, and I'm not stopping anytime soon! Just wanted to share my before and after with everyone. Sending love to all on this journey. We've got this!

The medication specifically targets type 2 diabetes and excess weight (the two conditions correlate strongly and it usually shows up around age 50 or so). That's why you'd expect to find those patterns in the data.

Big congrats, Bee-IMO! 🙌🏻 You look great, somewhat like a different person. Both your pics are cute tho :)

If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you, and what were your starting, current, and goal weights?

Also, it looks like you've hit your goal weight/ideal BMI, so why keep taking the meds? Just curious! Did you experience any plateaus?

Hey Chill-Girl! I'm 5'6". SW was 210, CW is 140, GW is 135. I'm staying on the meds because they help with so much more than just weight. I had some initial plateaus, but we adjusted the dosage and got things moving again!

I've been on this GLP-1 journey for a little over a year and I've dropped about 70 pounds. Seeing posts like this keeps me going!

I just started on Wegovy and I'm finding the whole protein/exercise thing kinda hard to navigate. Thanks for posting; it's encouraging!
