Cried in a store today... Happy tears!

The learning curve part is something more people should talk about - the first few months on GLPs are a lot of adjustment and not always comfortable, and the payoff moments like a 2XLT fitting correctly are worth getting to. The size difference from 58 to 46 is a real milestone.

Sema stopped working... switch to Tirz?

ADHD medication and sema working together on binge eating is a documented combination - the dopamine pathway and satiety signaling reinforce each other for that pattern.

    Tirz every 6 days?

Tesa visceral fat reduction is systemic rather than targeted - the 5-on-2-off protocol gives the GH pulse rhythm time to work without receptor desensitization. Diet and exercise compound the effect but don't redirect where fat mobilization happens.

    Is that really me?!

I agree with CalorieMom41, the improved health metrics are a HUGE win on these meds. My cardiologist is thrilled with my numbers.

    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

Pens are useless if you can't get sterile cartridges. Where does everyone get them? Everywhere seems sketchy, especially when it comes to sterility.

    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

Pens seem like a pain. Is there any benefit to using them versus regular syringes? Especially if you're just doing daily injections?

    Brain Boosting Protocol?

You're right about the Chinese powders. Not the same as the Russian stuff. I bet Bredesen knows a lot about peptides, but as a doctor, he can't officially recommend them without potential issues. There are just too many promising ones for him not to be aware, in my opinion.

    Brain Boosting Protocol?

My wife has been showing some signs of cognitive decline. She's being treated by a neurologist/functional medicine doctor who studied with Bredeson. I asked about Neuralyze and peptide treatments, but he didn't seem to know much about it. I found that odd, given how commonly Neuralyze is used...

    Brain Boosting Protocol?

You always wonder if it might be better as a preventative measure instead of a treatment, seems like prevention is key.
