Check your baseline IGF-1 before starting ipamorelin. Normal ranges by age: 20-30 (200-350), 31-50 (175-300), 51-65 (150-250), 66+ (125-200). Too high and you worsen insulin resistance. Tesa is even worse for high IGF-1. Know what you're taking and why.
