Losing that fast is tough on the body. Aim for no more than 2 lbs weekly if you can manage it. I've averaged 2.2 per week over 9 months and haven't run into issues. Can you dial back the dose or eat a bit more to slow things down?

exactly my experience. mounjaro a year and a half—amazing loss and appetite control. then started trintellix and appetite went poof, gained weight back. been wanting to taper but was on celexa 5 years prior, thought switching was smart. so wrong. don't know if i should quit meds altogether now.

I've tried both KLOW and KPV via subq. KPV seemed to help with skin sensitivity, and irritation. KLOW was a bit better, except at the injection site where it caused extra irritation.

If you're feeling that bad, maybe go back to 0.25mg. Stay at that level until the adverse effects are gone, then wait at least a month with no weight loss before increasing the dosage again.
