Started taking notes the first week but quit fast—same as with workout notes. I should probably keep going. Today I somehow got blood in my injector during my shot. Managed to transfer most of it to another cartridge without the blood bits, but weird. Notes would've helped figure that out.

Totally normal, nothing to worry about. I treat those days as strategic re-feeds. I inject Sunday so suppression peaks mid-week and fades by Saturday. Moved my leg day to Sunday so I'm fed and hydrated going in, then inject after. It prevents metabolic adaptation and just works with your body's cycles instead of fighting them.
 
31g 8mm is a solid standard spec - hits the right balance of flow rate and comfort for subcutaneous injection. Good to know Costco carries them directly rather than having to order specialty.
