Sorry for the confusion. When Reta worked for me, I never went above 5mg weekly -- I didn't need to. I upped the second pen to 12mg just to see if it was a dosage issue or a product issue. Since I felt nothing, I suspect the product was bunk. Now, I've tried a new supplier with a good reputation...

Is developing resistance something that can really happen? I've done some searching online but didn't find anything solid, but I'd love to hear if others have experienced that.

I did check for a recent, batch-specific Janoshik test result that I verified, and my vial matched that batch number. The 10-batch testing idea is something I'm considering as a next step, if things don't improve. I just need to learn how to do it properly. That's partly why I'm here!
