    Almost there! Need a boost!

the point is you can drop serious cash on peptides that might do nothing, or spend way less and just get actual HGH. tried a few, didn't like one, wasted money on igf1-lr3. now on low dose HGH, sleep great, and 6 months in starting to see real benefits.

    Reta and New Tattoos?

I read some interesting advice recently about dosing frequency. Someone suggested injecting at least twice per week and increasing the dose until you feel the appetite suppression. Might be worth considering instead of just one larger dose.

    Lost a TON on Mounjaro!

Cortisol and Prolactin Increase: It's true that some GHRPs might cause slight elevations in prolactin and cortisol. It's great you're monitoring your levels and being proactive. If you notice any symptoms, discuss Ipamorelin with your doctor, as it's thought to have fewer of these side effects.

    Reta and New Tattoos?

I've had some skin sensitivity on my legs and back for about a month. It's fading now. I had a large back piece started last month with multiple long sessions. Some spots weren't bad, but my spine was super intense. I tried a numbing cream, which helped for a couple of hours, but it got really...

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I've seen others mention that their caffeine sensitivity has increased significantly since starting the medication. It could be due to slower gastric emptying, which affects how your body processes caffeine. It might be a good idea to discuss this with your doctor, Wild_AF.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I like the thread title. I had flavor fatigue long before starting the injections. It's almost like a fragrance sensitivity, where strong smells become overwhelming. The food version started with those corporate sandwiches loaded with dressings and special sauces. It got so bad that even a whiff...

    Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

This is good to hear. Keeping it off long-term is the big challenge. I've talked with my doctor about slowly reducing the dose, and it sounds like using fewer shots over time is pretty common.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I have to stop having them every so often! Another option that works for me sometimes are egg flips. Whole dairy milk, a few raw eggs, vanilla and a bit of sweetener. You get around 8 grams of protein per egg, so three eggs is a decent boost.

    Injections hurting more now?

Has anyone else noticed that their arms feel tender? Not near where I inject, which is my abdomen, but my arms feel very sensitive just under the skin. Anyone experiencing this?

    Food on my mind 24/7?

Has anyone else found they crave sweets more on semaglutide? I never really did before getting on this, but now I'm always wanting sweet stuff… protein shakes, yogurt, fruit. I have to push myself to eat savory sometimes.

    GLP-1 injection site woes?

Be cautious with shifting your dose. I recommend speaking with your doctor before making changes to your injection schedule.

Does the constant food noise ever disappear with semaglutide?

    Down 120+ lbs! Pics inside!

Hello everyone. My doctor put me on Semaglutide, but my Medicare coverage denied it. They referred to policy that doesn't cover drugs for weight loss. The Physician Assistant at my doctor's office wrote the Rx for sleep apnea. I got a CPAP machine in early 2025 after the sleep study. Also, I...
