Along with everything else mentioned, I like peptides combined with intermittent fasting, particularly GH peptides. After you're on a higher dose of reta, cagri might be a good option too, especially if GH peptides aren't suitable.
You should aim to work out as intensely as you would if you weren't on medication. Remember, it is basically just a medicine-induced version of dieting.

As someone who works in fitness AND is a runner, I learned to give myself some grace early on. The first few days after my injection, the fatigue and nausea were real. I still needed to move, so I modified. I'd power walk in class instead of run, and take more breaks during strength training...
Don't forget it can take a while for it to really kick in. It took about a month before I saw much happening. The second month, I'll go a week or two with no changes, then lose 3-5 pounds. It sucks when it's slow, but it stays off better that way. I'd increase your dose after a month or two.
It changes all the time! Some weeks I want nothing but fruits, veggies, and grilled chicken. Then, the next week, all I can manage is ramen, wings, and tater tots, but in small portions. And I haven't even changed my dose recently.
YES!! Coffee is way stronger now. I can only drink cold coffee. I drink the bottled cold coffee from the fridge and then put half coffee and half heavy cream in my cup. Also mix in a little bit of Monkfruit sweetener.
I've been on the highest dose (2mg) for over two years and I still drink four cups every day! With milk and a bit of sweetener. I haven't noticed a difference.
