GLP-1s and BMI weirdness?

Currently doing a combo of two different peptides plus another one for my anxiety and low mood. It's a great combo, really working for me, but sourcing one of them is becoming a pain. Does anyone think it's overkill to use all three? Maybe I could just drop the hard-to-find one? It’s so annoying to check tons of sources just to find it.

I'm not familiar with that specific peptide, but I'm also considering stacking two similar ones. What benefits are you experiencing, and what's your dosage?

Yeah, what dosages are you using for the stack? I've been trying to locate that peptide also, and it's proving difficult.

I'm interested in learning more about this. I'm currently on a few medications plus Spravato treatments. I'd really like to stop taking the pills... the withdrawals are awful, and living like this is disabling.

1mg each, nightly. I feel much less anxious, don't worry nearly as much, and I'm way calmer.

I hear you on the BMI thing. I finally reached a 'normal' BMI after using a GLP-1. It's been a journey, but the word 'normal' feels so loaded. Was I 'abnormal' before? Less worthy? It's a weird feeling!

Wow, it's kind of crazy how someone can look super fit and still have a BMI on the edge of being overweight. Makes you question the whole system. Great job on your progress though!

I totally get what you mean. BMI can be such a mind trip. It's important to remember it's just one metric, and how you feel is what really matters.

the goal-first approach to peptide selection is the right order of operations - knowing what outcome you are trying to produce determines which compounds are relevant and at what dose, while starting with a list of compounds and working backwards to justify them produces a protocol with no clear success criterion. the tool-for-the-goal frame also makes it easier to evaluate whether what you are doing is actually working
