    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

Nausea at day six means it's active - full appetite suppression usually follows the GI adjustment by a week or two.

    Down 36lbs - can't believe it!

SW 190 to CW 154 with GW at 130-135 puts you most of the way there - 36 lbs and the photo log is the right call because the brain's self-image updates slower than the scale moves. The progress at this stage is usually more visible to others than to the person who lived through it gradually.

    Jammies then vs now! 🤩

250mcg of each then doubling is a reasonable CJC/Ipa approach. Adding GHK-CU alongside compounds with the GH pulse effectively. 2.5-3mg is the upper range for daily injection.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

I have a shelf of fancy dark chocolates that I have not touched since I started on Reta. Thinking about giving them to someone to make more room for important stuff.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Dude, I can't get enough peanut butter cups. All seasons, I take down a bag. Holiday themed, regular cups. Always two at a time, at least.

Used injection pens: what do you do?

I just put the lid back on and throw them out.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Hey everyone, did you hear? People using weight loss meds are eating even more divine, smooth chocolate! The kind that makes your soul sing! Edit: Crap. Wrote that, and now I want a box of Godivas. Facepalm.

Used injection pens: what do you do?

I put the sharps in empty, strong pill bottles that have childproof caps. Label them 'SHARPS' and then toss them in the trash.

    Ozempic advice?

I agree with GeekyKing466, it's all about building those habits. It's tempting to think of it as a magic bullet, but it really works best when you use it to support other changes in your lifestyle. Fiber and protein are key!

    40 down, almost there!

From my experience, be patient. It's a marathon, not a sprint. And stay hydrated!

    Ozempic advice?

Sure thing! I've been on it about a year now. Speaking from my experience, for the first month, I had a limit to how much I could eat. If I ate even just a LITTLE too much, I'd throw up. I figured out my limit, and eventually, my body adjusted, and it hasn't happened since (unless I stop and...

    GLP-1 Tariff fight?

I saw something about legal issues with compounding pharmacies and GLP-1 meds. Guess the rules are changing quick. Staying compliant is key if you get compounded stuff.

    Good sema hookups with testing?

I recently tried a new peptide supplier that was being promoted on YouTube. It’s a great place, good prices and they claim all batches are tested. Even better, the vial holds 5 ml of bac water, so you don't have to transfer it to a bigger vial. I'm not a big fan of the small vials from my usual...

    CagriSema flop?

Been hearing whispers about SLU-PP-332 on some forums. People are saying it can replace Clen and DNP, with less toxicity but still good non-stim effects. Anyone else heard of this?
