Most regular proteins come with too much fat attached, which eats through calories fast. I switched to protein puddings - 40g protein, 220 calories per 200g serving, twice daily. Fills the gap perfectly.
Some days I just want to sleep all day. Other days I feel like I could run through a wall. Really just depends on what that particular day decides to throw at you.
From my experience with Stelo and Lingo the numbers vary. Week one of Stelo reads much higher than week two. Lingo runs about 10-15 lower than Stelo. Stelo felt off to me but Lingo seems more solid so far.
One vial works great, next one feels like barely anything. Same pattern with every brand - nine works amazing then moving to twelve brings sudden hunger back. Has to be my body adapting, not the actual dose. Sleep and stress probably play a bigger part than I think.
