On my 7th dose and struggling to eat enough. What are your go to protein sources? Looking for things that are nutritious but don't require much effort since chronic pain makes cooking tough some days.
Month in and down from 229 to 208 lbs. Main stuff: dry mouth and skin sensitivity. Nothing else really showing up. Will update again next month. My schedule was 2 mg on 4/3, then 2 mg on 4/9, 4 mg on 4/14, and so on alternating sides.
sounds like they're about to roll out those fixed-dose pens they use over here where you just push and go, no counting clicks, no choosing how much, just the whole thing.
