I'm about the same height, started at 238 and I'm down to 191 now. Took a while to even notice the difference in how I looked. Those old clothes fit better though - that's when it really clicked for me. Keep going!
jumping the dose on your first try is risky. after mixing and waiting, patience on that .5ml first shot matters. wonder how many people get impatient and go bigger too fast.
Asking about your dosage. Given the six-day half-life, skipping one weekly dose then reducing intake by half might taper faster. A slower route keeps weekly injections at lower doses. At nineteen and six-foot-one baseline insulin sensitivity probably fine without dysfunction signs.

Still responding to 2mg after twelve weeks so staying there. When it plateaus below a pound weekly I'll go up. Rather lose 25-30lbs slowly than risk gallbladder trouble rushing it.
