Hunger creeping back after day 5?

Days 6-7 hunger on weekly sema is consistent - trough levels at that point are genuinely lower. Keeping protein consistent and not restricting further is the right response; the hunger is information, not a problem.

    Feeling myself these days!

6kg in 70 days is ahead of the clinical average - nothing to apologize for.

    Year one down, feeling great!

The bloodwork panel turning around matters more than the scale. Year one with full metabolic improvement is real.

    Ozempic changed my life!

felt it right away. after a lifetime of food noise, this is like... peace. i'm so much more chill around food. next shot's coming up and appetite did creep back a little, but i'm not forcing restriction anymore. still easy. love it.

    Metformin AND Ozempic?!

Semaglutide and regular Adderall. Been on Addy for years, semaglutide for 3 months. Just bumped to 1.5 and felt nausea but nothing that stopped my day. The very first dose though? I did 3 things I never do when sick: got a fever, threw up, missed work. Lasted 2 days. Never tried it without the...

Is it a bug, or did I overdo it?

Three weeks in at a microdose and I'm super excited—lost a few pounds, barely any side effects. But my stomach is bloating almost every day. Doc says it's normal and told me to eat small high-protein high-fiber meals and drink lots, which I'm doing. Still get this huge bloat though. What's going on?

    Tirz powder + BAC volume?

I got obsessed and googled every single peptide mentioned here. It's become my weird hobby - way better than TV lol. I want to try stuff that helps skin and hair, not growth hormones. Build muscle after the weight is gone, that's my plan.

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

I feel that! I lost weight pretty slowly, but it is still moving in the right direction. I don't really diet at all... I eat what I crave, whenever I want. But the cravings are weaker now, and I can stop after a few bites.

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

OMG I'm on 15 mg and had my first low blood sugar experience today. Dizzy, weak, anxious, nauseous. I should have paid attention and checked my blood sooner. Scary.

Is my weight loss too slow?

Thanks everyone, makes me feel better! Guess I just needed a pep talk lol. I'll keep going, even if it's just a tiny bit at a time.

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

It levels out. The med has a half-life of about 5 days, so the next dose builds on the previous one. It gets better after about a month. They suggest staying on each dose for a full month to reach the correct level.

Is my weight loss too slow?

Slow and steady wins the race!

Is my weight loss too slow?

I've been kinda randomly checking my weight since starting this med, and the numbers aren't super consistent in terms of when I weigh in, sorry about that. Here's the deal so far. I see people talking about losing a TON of weight super fast, and I'm not sure if I'm just not doing something...

    Microdosing GLP-1s?

That's how it goes! I find drinking a bunch of water helps when the noise comes back. And it gives you a chance to work on those habits on your own before moving up.
