    so nice not being hungry all the time. stay at your dose as long as you can—you'll feel food noise creeping back when it's time to go up. side effects can shift to your thigh instead of stomach, less effective but less puking.

    Can you share what you normally eat compared to that buffet, WolfHealed? I'm curious. I struggle with cruciferous veggies. When I travel, I now use stool softeners, since sitting makes constipation worse. Hope this helps! I also agree with Blair75 about hydration.

    Got my kit april 4, canada post expedition shipping not express. Took a bit. Reconstituted with 400 units per 4ml bac water into new 10ml vials. Still clear after overnight fridge. Pinning tomorrow morning upper glute before gym.

    don't cheap out on bacteriostatic water. you're sourcing powder, testing it, filtering sterile. you care about quality all the way through — then you're gonna use garbage liquid? makes no sense.

    people react to change — even good change looks shocking to them, so negative comments often don't mean much. at 5'4", 100–145 is healthy depending on body comp. 145 is probably high if you're sedentary but totally fine if you're active.
