180 to 120 at goal - the maintenance conversation is about finding the minimum effective dose that holds the result, which varies per person but is usually 1-2 steps below the peak dose you were on.

Holding for 10 seconds is the floor - 15 is safer, especially once the dose volume goes up and you want to make sure nothing leaks back out.

0.25mg is the GI calibration step, not the therapeutic dose - most people don't notice much effect there. The real appetite suppression starts at 0.5mg and beyond. Four weeks at 0.25 before stepping up is the standard ramp.

My insurance won't cover it, so I'm using a health savings account to pay for the compounded version. I'm curious what others are paying!

A lot of insurance providers will only cover them if you're a diabetic or prediabetic.
