    Halfway to my Goal Weight!

Five months in with a similar starting point - seeing someone further along with the same proportions is genuinely useful information, not just inspiration. You can start mapping what the actual trajectory looks like for your body type rather than working from generic before-and-afters.

    Ozempic 2-year check-in!

Year-in on tirzepatide after switching from ozempic is a common trajectory for the people who needed more than sema could give - the tolerability difference is one of the bigger surprises when it comes up in these comparisons. Staying the course at 64 with that result is worth marking.

    GLP-1s: My Amazing Journey!

The body composition data makes progress concrete where photos don't - happy and healthy is the real outcome here.

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

Running both at once is viable but makes it harder to isolate what's driving adaptation - if budget isn't the issue, the combination makes sense; if it is, MOTS-C first gets the mitochondrial baseline before adding the exercise mimetic.

Half dose too little, whole too much?

A lot of stories out there that going off and back on makes future loss harder. Had the same issue at 10mg but titrated too fast (monthly). Backed down to 7.5 for 6 weeks, now back at 10 because my food choices got loose. Looks like I need the lowest tolerable dose for steady loss. Even half a...

    Mounjaro Making Me RAVENOUS!

Slowly hitting my target weight. Looking ahead to loose skin surgery — apron, wings, inner thighs, maybe a lift. In AU or overseas, recovery time, scarring? I'm on it for life (health thing), so wondering if I need to pause during recovery. Eyeing Christmas holidays.

    GLP-1s and keeping muscle?

Not hungry during the day usually. I mix a protein shake with collagen and creatine around 1:30 pm on my break. Eat after work around 6–6:30, sometimes again midnight. Don't sleep till 3:30am or later. Working okay for me so far.

2 years on MJ: My story!

can't really match tesamorelin dose to hgh because it's so variable person to person. either way, get your igf-1 checked after a bit because 3iu hgh might tank your levels, or 1mg tesa might push you high. depends on the person.

    ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

I was scared too. Eight months in now, 65 pounds gone, basically zero rough side effects. Only got sick a few times and traced it back to eating garbage or way too much. Stuck with mostly plant-based and smaller plates. You'll figure out what clicks for you. You got this.

Air bubbles in your shot, ugh?

same thing happened to me on lower doses of wegovy. went from 0.5 to 1mg and violently threw up twice days after, real fountain action. saw food from yesterday coming back up. house got a stomach bug not long after so it wasn't related. skipped that shot. took another 1mg after and same thing...

Sema working even with a good diet?

This is what I wanted to know!! Thank you!

    GLP-1 tariff wars?

New paper towels aren't sterile but at least clean - less human pathogens than a regular bench or cloth. Plastic bin liners might have lower bug count but aren't practical. With proper technique nothing from the surface should get in the vials anyway.

Sema working even with a good diet?

So, my metabolism was garbage. Sema fixed it. I was eating 800 to 1200 calories, working out consistently, and still gaining. Now, I eat around 1500 and continue losing. It's amazing to be able to eat normal food that isn't all volume.

Sema working even with a good diet?

If I already eat super healthy, will semaglutide still help me drop pounds? Or is it ONLY effective if it makes you reduce how much you eat? I'm a 45-year-old woman who's been fighting my weight forever. I've tried everything - crazy low-carb diets, fasting, even surgery. I'm trying to figure...
