Two years on GLP-1s! 🎉

Fatigue was honestly worse than nausea for me. Did Ozempic for 3 months, switched to tirzepatide, and weeks 4-6 were brutal—I'd sit down to play with my dog after work and pass out on the couch at 5pm. You're doing the right stuff with protein and electrolytes, but what helped me was bloodwork. My B12 was barely low and ferritin at 14—basically nothing. Supplemented both and the fog cleared in a couple weeks.

Looked back at old pics today. Started at 134kg, got down to 124kg on my own, broke my foot, back to 128, now at 117. On this med since late February at 5mg, barely any sides. This community is solid.

Two-year constipation on GLP-1 that never resolved is worth addressing - fiber, magnesium citrate, and stool softeners are the standard stack; without intervention it tends to stay.

Tracking what you eat alongside the medication and building toward GLP-1 friendly meals is the behavioral layer that makes two years sustainable. The habit of noticing what works and what doesn't is what carries forward. Switching to Tirz and 14 lbs down so far - how does the Tirz experience compare to the sema side?

5 weeks in and already feeling the difference after 40 years of fighting is a data point that belongs in a two-year anniversary thread - that's what the early version of this looks like. The OP at two years is what staying with it beyond that first month of excitement produces. What dose are you currently at and what's been the most reliable signal for you to know it's working?
