Ozempic journey - don't give up!

Non-responder on Ozempic here too and switched to another brand that finally kicked in - sleep got better which was huge. Reta's still being tested but don't give up on finding your match. Took me longer but the right compound does exist. Mounjaro helped when the first one didn't.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

I've dropped about 35 lbs, but my clothes fit the same. My face seems smaller, but otherwise, I'm confused.

That's why everyone suggests progress pics. If you compare photos, you'll probably see changes even in unexpected places. I lost about 30 pounds, and my waist didn't change much, but my chest and neck looked smaller. Photos are invaluable for seeing progress, even when it's not obvious.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

I think everything in moderation is key to success. Thanks for the info!!

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Visualizations are key! Those bags are HUGE and HEAVY! You did it! How long did it take?

PMS does that! Tell your brain to shut up and remember how far you've come. 50lbs is HUGE. Imagine carrying a 50lb bag of rice! I'm the same height and want to lose 50lb to hit 125. Nothing's worked yet, so remember that people want your success. Mine started today too! 🥳

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

I can relate! Since I hit my goal weight, it's a trip. My partner says I look great, but I mostly still see the same old me in the mirror. Then sometimes, I catch a glimpse and it's like, whoa, is that really me? It messes with your head. I guess our brains just get stuck on old images and don't...

    Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

That's interesting! I was taken off metformin when I started Ozempic. Maybe I should ask about going back on it as I experiment with stacking.

    Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. I started with .25mg of semaglutide 3 days after 10mg of retatrutide. It's been 3 weeks, and my appetite suppression is much better, and my weight loss is happening again. I'm going to stick with these doses for a while and increase the semaglutide dose...

    Down 93kg... Now what?!

Started almost a year ago now - best decision I ever made! I was pretty anxious too, but the benefits have been incredible. Just make sure you find a good doctor who can guide you through the process.

    Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

Did you start Sema at 1/2mg or 1/4mg per the starting dose?

Thanks, everyone! The support makes a HUGE difference and keeps me going. I know it's not always easy, but seeing other people succeed gives me that extra push.

    Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

Thanks for the info, I hadn't thought about the potential effect on blood sugar. If I try this, I'll definitely start monitoring my blood sugar levels regularly again. HormoneHacker Thanks, and good luck to you too! Do you plan to reduce your semaglutide dose as you increase your retatrutide...

    Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

Hi everyone, I'd love to hear about your experiences combining different GLP-1 medications. I've been using them for a little over a year and I've managed to drop about 85 pounds. I began with semaglutide from a local clinic, and switched to tirzepatide when it became more affordable. A couple...
