Ro was disappointing-started smooth but then slow replies, missed timing, had to chase them constantly. That consistency gap really disrupts treatment.

Maintaining at 1.7 is still progress. Sometimes the weight stalls before it drops again.

Can't say much about joint stuff, but my spouse has autoimmune thyroid issues and dropped over a hundred pounds on Tirz. Tried for years to get the weight off without luck.
