    It's so worth it! Still on my way...

    Got dizzy once and took some sugar. Still eat sugar snacks but way less than before. Usually a small meal and snack at lunch, main meal and snack at dinner, sometimes two snacks. Cut sugar pretty hard at first so it was easy to notice what I needed.

    Can't do protein or fats on this stuff!

    Try hard-boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, canned tuna, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, berries, cheese cubes - all require minimal prep. Meal planning apps really help when deciding what sits okay on your stomach.

    Things I can't do anymore...

    stick with plain glycerine suppository. most advice here prevents constipation but doesn't fix it. adding fiber when already blocked is like flushing more toilet paper down a clogged drain - makes it worse. clear things first with a suppository then add hydration and fiber to prevent it next time.

    Protein supplements: changed much?

    Cottage cheese cups with fruit, fage yogurt with honey - way easier than plain protein powder when nausea hits.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

    Happened to me once. Nicked a vessel and blood contaminated the vial so I had to toss it. Switched back to syringes after that. Probably user error on my end but either way I'm sticking with syringes for now.
