Down 70+ lbs! Feels AMAZING!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Size 20 to size 14 is more than a number - that's the kind of visible shift that changes how you carry yourself.

This is genuinely so beautiful.
Thank you so much for sharing, it touched me deeply and honestly gave me a much needed boost of motivation, today's been a rough one.
So go ahead and rock those new jeans,
here's to celebrating your healthy, beautiful new self.

Thank you, that genuinely helps. I'm around five foot four, so hoping something more noticeable shifts soon! Could definitely picture myself comfortable in the jeans I currently own, maybe another ten pounds and I'll try a smaller size, though I'm honestly nervous about being let down!

Hope the snacking urge eases up for you too, admittedly it's genuinely tough resisting. My husband and I have gotten into a movie-watching kick lately, and going without a bowl of something salty or sweet nearby has been surprisingly difficult!

I had to buy genuinely new jeans at 50 pounds lost, going from a 20 to genuinely a 16. I genuinely can get away with too-big dresses and shirts, so nothing there yet.

We're in the same boat. 60lbs gone, and every size 18 that once squeezed me hangs loose now, which pushed me to buy a handful of new items (my mind was blown when I tried on a size 12 for fun and it slid right on and zipped with zero struggle)... BUT I can't bring myself to donate the baggy stuff, worried about losing coverage and ballooning back. 70-80lbs came on fast following my thyroid and gallbladder surgeries, and I use a cane. Before GLP-1 I ate little and monitored everything, and only the med ever worked, labs look far better these days. So I get why letting go of the baggy stuff feels scary. You look fantastic btw!
