Is obesity a societal problem, or what?

Are you on it? Because you sound kinda manic, and most people stop drinking on this medication...

Is obesity a societal problem, or what?

I think it kinda proves the opposite? More of a medical or biological thing. Not made worse by society in general, sure, but healthcare isn't easy either.

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

Yes, some do that. Just make sure to know how many clicks equal your dose. The pens are supposed to last quite a while after you start using them, but if you are concerned, you could keep the pen refrigerated to help preserve it until it is all gone.

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

Mine came with just four needles as well. I agree with Fiber-Dude, you can purchase the same gauge needles at any pharmacy. My advice is to stay at 0.25 mg as long as it works for you, then when it stops working increase to 0.5 mg. I jumped up every month and now the 1 mg dose isn't working as...

Wow, that's incredible progress! It's so inspiring to see what's possible with these meds. I'm down about 25 pounds myself since starting a few months ago.

Tirz, Reta, and Joint Pain: Anyone Else?

Tirz and Reta didn't do anything for my rheumatoid arthritis. What really helped was a biologic, Enbrel. It took about 3 months to notice a difference. If your joint pain is really bad, maybe look into that.

Ozempic Experience: Victories, Big & Small

I don't think I could even manage that; I'd feel sick. My appetite is so different, and honestly, the thought of something that heavy just scares me. It would just sit in my stomach. I'm grateful for this effect, but I do miss burgers and fries sometimes.

    Down 60, still goin'!

Don't forget hydration and electrolytes. When your appetite is low, you might eat and drink less than usual. Dizziness, fatigue, and constipation in the first month can be related to dehydration, not just the medication itself.
