    Not seeing much progress...advice?

Early discouragement on GLP-1s is common - the internal changes happen before the scale catches up. Non-scale indicators like energy, sleep, and appetite quality fill the gap while the number lags.

    High endotoxins in my NAD+?

I'm thinking about sending some stuff to Janoshik, you know? I see them mentioned a lot. I like that some places publish COAs, but it makes sense to get a third party to check it out, right?

    Restarting GLP-1 after surgery?

Remember that your body needs extra calories to heal properly after major surgery. It goes into a hyper-metabolic state. If you usually have a lot of appetite suppression from the meds, you might want to wait to restart them.

You’re definitely getting back to yourself, that confidence boost is so apparent. My telehealth provider always said that mood improvements sometimes appear before the mirror shows changes.

You look amazing!!! And congrats on the weight loss! Great job! I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction 3 years ago, and I love it! The swelling is a liar! Let it heal. Around week 4, you'll turn a corner! At 3 months, it gets better than you thought! In 6 months, you'll be strutting your stuff!
