If I went into that stretch I'd never get out of bed - other issues would stack on top. Happy Baby pose works for me, or bringing my knees up while flat on my back. Prunes and probiotic apricots from Costco help a lot. Gets milder once your system adjusts after each bump.
Thanks so much for sharing this. It's really motivating to see. I started three months ago at 411 and I'm already down 50. There's still a lot ahead of me but I feel genuinely hopeful about what's coming.
Started getting super dry on MJ so I've been rotating through different beverages - water, electrolytes, coconut water, buttermilk, protein shakes. Mixing them up throughout the day really helps with the hunger pangs and manages the constipation and tiredness too.
I think 0.5 to 2 lbs per week is the sweet spot. Going faster puts stress on your body and doesn't leave time to build healthy habits. Skin needs time to adjust too.
