    GLP-1's for Longevity?

The longevity signal for GLP-1s is early but consistently positive - MACE reduction and inflammation data point toward healthspan, not just weight.

Down 30+ lbs in ~4 months!

30+ lbs in 4 months is a strong pace - the progress tends to be less linear from here but it doesn't stop.

    Upping dose, still lazy!

35 lbs at this pace is therapeutic - if loss has stalled, stepping up makes sense; if still moving, holding works better than chasing a higher dose.

    Protein coke float? Yum!

I did OMAD for a bit and felt really sluggish. I'm trying to focus more on protein intake now. I heard that it is important to get enough protein while using GLP-1 meds to maintain muscle mass.

    Protein coke float? Yum!

Good points, PulseIRL. Maybe I'll just stick to water with a little lemon. 😉

    Protein coke float? Yum!

I saw a TikTok about using a protein shake for a coke float. I finally tried it and it was amazing! I got a diet cola, some ice, and a vanilla protein drink. Tasted just like when I was a kid getting a coke float. My grandpa tasted it and asked where the ice cream was!

    GLP-1 not working for me?!?

I could probably drink more water. I'm not great at that. Thanks!

    GLP-1 not working for me?!?

I meticulously track using an app, and a food scale to weigh everything. Really don't know how much more I could cut!

    GLP-1 not working for me?!?

So, I was on semaglutide for like, 8 months. The nausea was pretty bad, but I kept going. I tracked every single calorie and stuck to around 1100-1400 a day. Not much exercise because of health issues. I only managed to lose about 8 pounds. Totally not work the side effects! I'm wondering...

    OMG I did it!

Good luck with it Run_Crew! I have heard that losing weight can really help with sleep apnea.

    Reta injection probs?

It seems like it's not the toilet that needs a guide. If your "friend" is willing to sit down, this Panda Ear thing might help. https://a.co/d/7tuv3FH

    Reta injection probs?

Adding to Rory_2004's advice, you can find syringe guides on Etsy. I have shaky hands and depth perception issues so I can't imagine doing it without them. Look what I found: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1795081847/syringe-guide-reusable-peptide-vial?ref=share_v4_lx
